The Great

Cleveland Classic Media (in response to a commenter who was confused about Cleveland TV stations) plans to:

create a basic primer/historical timeline for each local station, which would answer some of the questions the anonymous poster brought up, as well as answer other questions…

This sounds like a great opportunity for some infographics.

The Good

The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission has a round-up of the EfficientGovNow finalists.

Jill Miller-Zimon at Writes Like She Talks takes some time off from her Pepper Pike council campaign to give her account of County Commissioner Peter Lawson Jones’ account of the two upcoming county reform ballot issues.

The Bad

If you’ve got an extra $395 lying around, and nothing to do today, you can pay to listen to a bunch of Cleveland-area “social media gurus” hear themselves talk about Twitter. This is most of the same Cleveland Social Media Club crew mentioned in our famous Ego Trips for Faux Benefits post.

The Ugly

At RealNEO, ANGELinWard14 (whom I have it on good authority from several separate sources is a lady named Diane Hill) has been aggressively campaigning for Nelson Cintron Jr by way of writing long ad hominem rants about other candidates. (Who are Felons, Communists and Frauds). And as you can see, she’s also painting her thoughts on the side of a building. Apparently she feels that having a degree from Harvard is a liability for a City Council candidate.
